Iced Salted Caramel Matcha Latte

Ingredients

Caramel Sauce

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp healing the aura matcha
  • pinch of coarse sea salt

For the caramel sauce

Heat the coconut sugar with the coconut cream over medium heat, stirring until it reaches a boil.

Lower heat + let simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Let cool for 10 minutes + enjoy

Matcha Latte

Pour the caramel sauce on all edges of the glass.

Froth up some cold milk , put it in a glass filled with ice and pour the whisked matcha over it and enjoy
