Matcha Gin Sour

Ingredients

  • 4g Healing The Aura matcha
  • 2 tablespoon hot water 79°C
  • 115 ml gin
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 115 ml simple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
Whisk matcha.
In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder hot water at 79°C until no clumps remain.
 
Dry shake.
Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Close and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute until frothy.
 
Wet shake.
Next, add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
 
Dust with matcha and enjoy
