Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients :

  • 110 gr oats
  • 1 teaspoon Healing The Aura Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

In a jar add the oats , the Healing The Aura matcha , the chia seeds and the cinnamon. Mix these ingredients together until they are evenly combined.

Next , add the oat milk and the agave syrup to the mix. Make sure you strir very well and then place the jar to the fridge overnight.

In the morning , remove the jar from the fridge and place the mix into a bowl.

Now it's time to get creative ! Add your favorite toppings.Our favorite toppings are fresh fruits, nuts and seeds.
