Matcha Panna Cotta

For approximately 4 panna cottas
Ingredients :
4g gelatin sheets
50g sugar
10g Healing The Aura matcha
250g heavy cream
50ml whole milk
5ml vanilla extract
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.
2. Mix the sugar and matcha in a small bowl. 
In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, vanilla extract, and the matcha/sugar mixture. 
Heat the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved, making sure not to let it boil. Then, remove from heat.
3. Remove the excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the saucepan. 
Stir until completely dissolved.
4. Transfer the mixture into small cups or molds and refrigerate for approximately 5 hours.
