Matcha Protein Balls

Ingredients:

 

- 1/3 cup peanut butter

- 6 tbsp coconut flour

- 1/2 tsp Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha

- 10 gr honey

- Splash of oat milk

- Pinch of salt

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

 

For the glaze:

- 1/2 tsp Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha

- Organic white chocolate, melted

 

Instructions:

 

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, matcha powder, honey, oat milk, salt, and vanilla protein powder. Mix well until a dough forms.

2. Roll the dough into small balls.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the matcha powder and melted white chocolate to make the glaze.

4. Dip each ball into the glaze, making sure to coat it evenly.

5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

6. Once the glaze has hardened, the Matcha Protein Balls are ready to serve!
