Avocado Matcha Pudding - Healing The Aura

Avocado Matcha Pudding



  • 1 avocado
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 5 gr Healing The Aura matcha
  • 30gr sugar
  • 100 ml oat milk (or any plant based milk)
  • 5 gr gelatin
  • 2 Ferrero Rocher for decoration 


Start by cutting the avocado in half.

Use a big spoon and remove the flesh of the avocado. Mash the flesh of the avocado and place it in a large bowl along with the heavy cream , the sugar and the matcha .

Stir until everything is combined. 


In a heated sauce pan add the oat milk. When the milk is warm add the gelatin and stir continuously until the gelatin dissolves.

Pour the milk to the avocado mixture and stir. 

Fill the avocados and put the Ferrero Rocher chocolates for decoration. 

Place your avocados  in the fridge for about 2 hours. ( You can also use the freezer)
